Meaningful, interesting, insightful and perhaps humorous
When he signed up in September it seemed like a great idea, but when Keith turned up on the day he wasn’t so sure: Hell had frozen over.
Keith went to Hell and back with subzero temperatures, steep hill after hill both up and down, a neck high swim in the ice cold sludge Bog of Doom, 2 further dips through a river for good measure finishing with more hills of loose sand at the Hills of Hell.
Keith survived in 1hr 18 and out of 2000 runners came 76th. Will he be Hellrunning again next year?.....
While he contemplates that thought watch this excellent head cam action from the run taken by superfli69. Get a HellRunner's view for yourself.
